Mmm...I've got to try this.

I found a homemade breakfast hot pocket recipe. Easy, cheap and freezable. My favorite. Our freezer is veeerrry full right now (thankfully), so we'll have to do some serious eating before I can try this. But I thought I would post it anyway, then I can find the recipe when I need it. And maybe someone else will try it! I'm going to brainstorm of how to make it a little lower in calories and a little more in good stuff (veggies, anyone?). We shall see....
